The planetary mixer is a high-efficiency, multi-functional, forced mixing machine. It typically features a fixed frame with a lifting cover and mixing blades, while the mixing tank itself can be moved.
Vacuum resistant: Allows materials to be processed under vacuum conditions.
The inner wall of the mixing vessel is precisely machined with a large vertical lathe and then polished by an automatic large polishing machine. This ensures that the movable scrapers on the planetary frame (suitable for sealants) can completely scrape off material adhering to the vessel wall during rotation.
Inside the vessel, a spiral frame type multi-blade agitator is installed. With a clearance of 3–4 mm between blades and the vessel wall, the agitator rotates on its own axis while also revolving around the vessel, driving material to flow up, down, and around. This enables efficient mixing and kneading in a short time.
Both the revolution and rotation of the agitators are driven by variable-frequency motors with adjustable speeds, allowing operators to select different speeds according to the process requirements and material viscosity. The speed monitoring system directly displays the real-time rotation speed of each agitator.
The planetary mixer is often equipped with a hydraulic discharge system (optional), enabling the extrusion of paste-like materials.
