Liquid preparation and mixing

This liquid wash pot is a tank-and-agitator system for liquid preparation. Applications described for this equipment include oral liquids, disinfectants, dairy products and lotions, subject to confirmation of formulation, product-contact compatibility and the required production process. It is a preparation vessel, not a bottle-filling or sterilization system.

Configuration options

The basic arrangement combines a tank, agitator and control cabinet. Heating, cooling, vacuum, weighing and a bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer can be discussed as customized options. Confirm which items are included in the quotation and how the vessel will connect to upstream charging and downstream transfer.
