Equipment features
1: The homogenization system adopts German manufacturing technology, utilizing the gap between multi-layer rotors and stators to move at high speed, combined with a bidirectional stirring system, supporting mixing and emulsification when the formulation, fill level, shear, temperature and process sequence are suitable.
2: Using a Taiwanese rotary vane vacuum pump, supporting vacuum processing that may help reduce entrained air; deaeration and texture depend on the formulation, vessel fill, leak rate, process settings and verification.
3: The electrical control system adopts Siemens PLC, which has high reliability and good stability, supporting a configured control system; reliability and production stability depend on commissioning, maintenance, utilities and operating conditions.
4: The parts in contact with the materials are made of SS316L, whose compatibility with acid, alkali or other media must be confirmed for the formulation and temperature; material selection alone does not establish GMP compliance or a validated process.
