Product Introduction:
The vacuum homogenizing emulsification unit is composed of homogenizing pot (elevating pot cover, overturning pot body), water phase pot, oil phase pot,scraping wall mixing system, homogenizing emulsification system, vacuum
system, heating temperature control system, hydraulic lifting system, electrical
control system, etc. The pot body is made of high-quality stainless steel, welded
with the national standard head, and has a three-layer cylinder structure.
Hygienic fine polishing inside and outside the cylinder, the system is designed as a closed process path; actual dust, bioburden and microbial control depend on the supplied configuration, seals, cleaning, environment and validated operating procedure. Vacuum homogenization emulsification machine is a special equipment for producing medicinal ointment, high-grade cream, lotion and other products. The published reference limits are up to 100000 cps viscosity and 0.2–5 μm shearing fineness; achievable results depend on formulation, temperature, batch conditions, rotor/stator setup and the agreed test method.
