King Pack reports completion of production and factory testing for a six-head linear liquid filling machine supplied to a customer in Russia. The page documents the reported factory-test scope; customer-site acceptance and ongoing production performance are separate matters.
The machine was configured for daily-chemical liquids such as toilet cleaner and shower gel according to the customer’s stated requirements. Actual suitability depends on viscosity, foaming, container, fill volume, cleaning, and the agreed acceptance criteria.
Equipment Configuration
The delivered system is a six-head linear liquid filling machine intended for the customer’s specified production range. Final capacity and operating window depend on the product, bottle, nozzle, and line configuration.
Key technical characteristics include:
- Six filling heads in the supplied configuration
- Piston dosing selected for the specified liquid products, subject to product trials
- PLC and touch screen control for parameter setting and monitoring
- Filling repeatability to be verified against the agreed acceptance criteria
- Product-contact materials specified for the project and cleaning requirements
During the recorded factory test, the machine completed multiple trial cycles. The measured result should be read together with the test conditions and acceptance records.
Factory Acceptance Test
After assembly and calibration, the machine underwent a factory acceptance test under the stated operating conditions. The scope covered filling performance, system stability, and operating checks defined for the project.
A factory test video was recorded to document the equipment’s operating status during the acceptance process. The video reflects the actual performance of the machine during trial operation and serves as a technical reference prior to shipment.
Application Scope
The supplied configuration was developed for selected daily-chemical products, including:
- Toilet cleaner
- Shower gel and body wash
- Liquid detergents
- Other household liquid products
Further capping, labeling, or downstream integration depends on the future line layout and project scope.
