Veterinary Syringe Filling Solutions, Built Around the Product

KINGPACK engineers the filling route, syringe handling, plunger insertion and inspection around your formulation and package—not around one fixed machine.

Filling direction

Front Filling or Rear Filling?

The correct direction follows the syringe structure, component supply state and product behavior.

Nozzle-end entry

Front Filling

Product enters from the nozzle end before the remaining package components are assembled.

One Platform Reference, Configured by Application

The KPZSQ-2 illustrates a rear-filling platform for high-viscosity paste. It is a machine reference—not the definition of the complete veterinary syringe range.

Modular engineering

Your Solution Is a Combination of Process Modules

Only the modules required by the formulation, syringe and quality criteria are integrated.

Product-led

Viscosity, temperature, settling, foam and stringing determine the contact path.

Package-led

Tip, barrel, plunger and closure determine orientation and assembly.

Evidence-led

Samples and acceptance criteria determine what is tested and recorded.

What We Confirm Before Acceptance

Professionalism is shown through documented trials with the actual product and package.

Filling ResultRepeatability, air residue, stringing and nozzle cleanliness.
Package CompatibilityPosition, deformation, insertion force, orientation and leakage.
FAT RecordApproved samples, line behavior, changeover and cleaning points.
Technical FAQ

Questions We Resolve Before Recommending Equipment

Is the product a liquid, suspension, cream, gel or paste?

This determines the dosing principle, hopper, transfer method, nozzle and whether heating or agitation should be evaluated.

Should the syringe be filled from the front or rear?

The route depends on how the barrel, tip closure, piston and plunger are supplied and assembled. We confirm it from samples.

What package samples are required?

Please provide the complete syringe set, drawings, tolerances, bulk packing and the supply state of each component.

What determines final speed and accuracy?

Formulation behavior, target dose, package tolerances, feeding stability and the agreed quality criteria.

Different Formulations Need Different Process Routes

We start with how the material behaves, then configure the contact path, dosing and assembly modules.

Paste · Gel · Cream · Sealant

High-Viscosity Paste Route

  • Evaluate the product at its real filling temperature
  • Match hopper, transfer and dosing to material resistance
  • Tune nozzle withdrawal, cut-off and plunger venting

Suspension · Cream

Suspension & Cream Route

  • Check settling, separation and bubble sensitivity
  • Protect narrow tips and flexible package geometry
  • Confirm dose repeatability, venting and cleanability
