This production line is mainly designed to wash, sterilize, and fill liquid products into vials that may later undergo lyophilization. It consists of an ultrasonic bottle washer, tunnel sterilizing dryer, automatic filling and half-stoppering machine, capping machine, and labeling machine; the final configuration and transfer interfaces must be confirmed for the customer’s lyophilization process.
It can coordinate vial washing, drying and sterilization, liquid filling with half-stoppering, and downstream capping and labeling when those stages are included in the validated line configuration. Pharmaceutical compliance depends on the customer’s facility, process, documentation, and qualification program.
The configuration can be customized, modified, or upgraded according to customer process and capacity needs.
