Our King-Pack technical team recently visited Iran to complete the installation and commissioning of a new pre-filled syringe filling and sealing line for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This project marks another step in expanding King-Pack’s footprint in the Middle East’s rapidly developing healthcare sector.
On-Site Installation and Technical Support
During the visit, our engineers provided full technical support, including equipment setup, parameter calibration, aseptic testing, and operator training. The line included the automatic washing, drying, filling, and sealing systems, designed to ensure high accuracy and sterility throughout the production process.
Each component was inspected and fine-tuned to meet cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. After several on-site trials, the production line achieved stable operation with a filling accuracy within ±1% and a high finished product qualification rate.
