Features
Designed for the stated RTU nested syringe, cartridge and vial formats; compatibility depends on the container system, format parts, product and trial confirmation.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, selected for the quoted configuration and applicable requirements; GMP compliance depends on the complete facility, process, documentation and validation.
Ceramic plunger pump enables precise quantitative filling, may support dosing of compatible formulations; chemical and thermal compatibility and achievable accuracy depend on formulation, pump setup, calibration and the agreed acceptance method.
Rubber stopper sorting and conveying are achieved by a vibrating plate made of SUS316L stainless steel, designed for access and cleaning review; the detachable plate may support the customer’s validated cleaning or sterilization procedure, subject to material, method and site requirements
Equipped with internationally renowned electrical components, adopting modular control with no interference. All synchronous actions are driven by servo motors, with performance, reliability and operation depending on configuration, commissioning, maintenance and operating conditions.
Motor operation is controlled by a PLC system. The HMI provides real-time monitoring of each station, with automatic alarms that display fault location and troubleshooting guidance.
Multiple filling volumes and methods are available, with support for storing multiple formula parameters.
Filling needles move upward with the liquid level during filling to help control splashing in the configured product and fill range; results should be verified during trials.
High degree of automation with staffing requirements determined by the line configuration, format changes, inspection, material handling and site procedures; two operators may be a planning reference, not a universal requirement.
