The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, fully compliant with GMP standards.
Ceramic plunger pump enables precise quantitative filling, with resistance to acid, alkali, wear, and high temperatures, ensuring high filling accuracy.
Cap sorting and conveying are achieved via a vibrating plate made of SUS316L stainless steel, with no cleaning dead corners. The top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
Syringe feeding is realized through a centrifugal plate, offering high stability, fast speed, and low noise.
Equipped with internationally renowned electrical components, adopting non-interference modular control. All synchronous actions are driven by servo motors for high accuracy, reliability, and easy operation.
Motor operation is controlled by a PLC system. The HMI provides real-time monitoring of each station, with automatic alarms showing fault location and prompts.
Multiple filling volumes and methods are available, supporting storage of various formula parameters.
Fully automatic operation including syringe feeding, filling, cap sorting, and capping.
Modular design allows adaptation to various syringe specifications by changing format parts. Can operate as a stand-alone machine or be integrated with elevators, labeling machines, light inspection systems, and other equipment to form a complete production line.
