The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, fully complying with GMP requirements.
Ceramic plunger pump enables precise quantitative filling, featuring resistance to acid, alkali, wear, and high temperatures, with high filling accuracy.
Rubber stopper sorting and conveying are achieved by a vibrating plate made of SUS316L stainless steel, ensuring no cleaning dead corners. The top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
Equipped with internationally renowned electrical components, adopting modular control with no interference. All synchronous actions are driven by servo motors, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and easy operation.
Motor operation is controlled by a PLC system. The HMI provides real-time monitoring of each station, with automatic alarms that display fault location and troubleshooting guidance.
Multiple filling volumes and methods are available, with support for storing multiple formula parameters.
Filling needles move upward with the liquid level during filling to prevent splashing.
