Various filling doses and methods are available for selection;
Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling with high filling
accuracy;
The injection needle is used for filling with the liquid level rising to
prevent the liquid from splashing;
The SS316L stainless steel cleaning plate is used, with bright surface
treatment and no dead corner;
The PLC programming controller controls the motor operation,and the real-time automatic alarm displays the fault location and fault prompt. The surfaces are made of SS304 stainless steel, and the parts
contacting the materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and
medical silicone rubber;
The vacuum filling system is applicable to viscous materials,ensuring
that the liquid medicine fills the filling space without bubbles or faults,
and improving the qualified rate of finished products.
