Equipment features
1: The homogenization system adopts German manufacturing technology, utilizing the gap between multi-layer rotors and stators to move at high speed, combined with a bidirectional stirring system, allowing materials to be fully mixed, stirred, and emulsified.
2: Using a Taiwanese rotary vane vacuum pump, the material is kept in a vacuum state throughout the entire production process, making the material delicate and bubble free.
3: The electrical control system adopts Siemens PLC, which has high reliability and good stability, providing a guarantee for stable production.
4: The parts in contact with the materials are made of SS316L, which is resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion and meets GMP pharmaceutical standards.
