PURPOSE
This production line consists of an automatic bottle unscrambler, a filling and capping (rolling/rotating) machine, and a vertical labeling machine. It can fully automate the processes of bottle unscrambling, filling, capping, labeling, and coding. The line is mainly used for spray solution production and is fully compliant with the latest GMP requirements.

FEATURES

The bottle unscrambler is of the latest design, completely replacing manual operation and meeting GMP standards.
The linear filling and capping (rolling/rotating) machine is easy to operate, provides precise filling, and allows selection of different production speeds.
The vertical labeling machine adopts PLC and stepper motor control, ensuring high labeling accuracy, high efficiency, and optional hot coding.
