Product Description: Our company’s DPH-260 high-speed blister packaging machine is a high-tech packaging equipment that has passed provincial-level scientific and technological achievement appraisal. The machine features a high punching frequency (60-130 times/min) and large production capacity, providing a new option for large-scale packaging of pharmaceutical products, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Features:
1. PLC programming control, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, human-machine interface operation, and a high degree of automation.
2. Flat plate-type positive pressure forming, low forming temperature (only 120℃), crisp bubble eyes, and significant energy savings. Continuous roller-type woven tangential heat sealing improves heat sealing speed.
3. The ratio of forming to punching times can be changed through a shiftable gear transmission to meet the production requirements of various specifications of pharmaceutical blister packs. (For example, if one longitudinal forming is 3 packs, the ratio of forming to punching times is 1:3; if one longitudinal forming is changed to 4 packs, the ratio of forming to punching times is 1:4).
