This production line is mainly designed for liquid filling of lyophilized powder vials. It consists of an ultrasonic bottle washer, tunnel sterilizing dryer, automatic filling and half-stoppering machine, capping machine, and labeling machine.
It completes vial washing, drying and sterilization, liquid filling with half-stoppering, capping, and labeling. The entire line is interlocked and fully compliant with pharmaceutical production requirements.
The configuration can be customized, modified, or upgraded according to customer process and capacity needs.
