Application:
This machine is a new design capping machine for screwing lid on glass, plastic bottlers or jars. The applicable bottle shape is round, square, various shapes. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304 and need small room. It consists of two parts: cap feeding and cap closing part and can work with the filling machine to be an automatic production line.

4. Automatic error lids remover will pick out the caps which is in wrong direction, and bottle sensor make the machine only feed in caps when bottle is ready, assure good capping effect and less error.
5. Adjustable according to bottle height, diameter, speed. No need to change parts for different bottles. The screwing thread is also adjustable, so the caps won’t be too tight nor too loose.
6. Linear conveyor, manual cap feeding, max speed 60 bpm
