Suitable for all types of prefilled catheter flushers, with customization available for special syringe types.
The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, fully compliant with GMP regulations.
Silicification uses a Japanese high-precision ultra-micro atomization spray valve. Spray volume can be adjusted between 0.5–2 mg, achieving high-precision and stable coating without splashing or dripping.
Ceramic plunger pump enables precise quantitative filling, with resistance to acid, alkali, wear, and high temperatures, ensuring high filling accuracy.
Sorting and conveying of rubber stoppers and caps are achieved via a vibrating plate made of SUS316L stainless steel, with no cleaning dead corners. The top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
Equipped with internationally renowned electrical components, adopting non-interference modular control. All synchronous actions are driven by servo motors for high accuracy, reliability, and easy operation.
Motor operation is controlled by a PLC system. The HMI provides real-time monitoring of each station, with automatic alarms indicating fault location and prompts.
Multiple filling volumes and methods are available, supporting storage of various formula parameters.
Fully automatic operation, completing processes including sorting, feeding, silicification, stoppering, filling, capping, and waste ejection.
Modular design allows adaptation to various syringe specifications by changing format parts. Can operate as a stand-alone machine or be integrated with rotary rod machines, labeling machines, visual inspection systems, and other equipment to form a complete production line.
