The equipment is suitable for the filling of paste and liquid. It is driven by the servo motor to drive the gear pump to fill the material. By adjusting the gear pump servo parameters, we can do different volume filling.
The tracking filling method is compatible with a variety of bottle types. There is no need to intercept bottle filling as in the traditional way when filling, and the filling action is completed during the bottle moving process. There is no need to adjust too many mechanical positions when changing the bottle type production. The parameters are adjusted and stored for the first production, and the next time the corresponding product is replaced for production, only one key call is needed to the parameters to achieve the filling capacity and filling nozzle.
The adjustment of parameters such as height and filling speed is automatically generated. This equipment has the characteristics of compact and beautiful design, simple and easy-to-understand operation, and high accuracy.
