King-Pack has successfully completed the container loading and shipment of a customized filling and capping line for a customer in Kosovo. The equipment has passed factory acceptance testing and final inspection and is now ready for overseas delivery, further strengthening King-Pack’s presence in the European market.
The supplied solution is an integrated filling and capping machine designed specifically for lubricant oil filling applications. The system combines accurate liquid filling with stable automatic capping, ensuring high efficiency, consistent output, and reliable long-term operation. This lubricant oil filling machine is suitable for various bottle sizes and viscosity ranges commonly used in industrial oil and lubricant production.
During the project execution, King-Pack’s engineering team customized the filling and capping line according to the customer’s production requirements, with special attention to filling accuracy, capping torque control, and line stability. The machine structure and control system were optimized to support continuous operation and easy integration with upstream and downstream equipment.
Before shipment, the filling and capping machine underwent comprehensive commissioning and performance testing at the King-Pack factory. All operating parameters were verified to meet the agreed technical specifications, ensuring the lubricant oil filling machine is ready for fast installation and commissioning upon arrival at the customer’s site.
For container loading, King-Pack followed strict export packing and fixing standards to protect the filling and capping line during long-distance transportation. The equipment was securely fixed inside the container, and all shipping documents were prepared in compliance with international delivery requirements.
