Recently, King Pack Machinery, a professional manufacturer of filling and packaging equipment, welcomed an Australian client to visit our factory for an on-site inspection and technical discussion. The visit focused on building a complete production line combining a vacuum emulsifying mixer with a tube filling and sealing machine for cosmetic and personal care products.
During the factory tour, the client reviewed King Pack’s manufacturing process, quality-control documentation, and equipment assembly. The discussion covered the vacuum emulsifier’s mixing, temperature, homogenization, and cleanability requirements, as well as the tube filling and sealing line’s fill-volume checks, seal testing, controls, and expected operating conditions.
The engineering team demonstrated a workflow from material mixing and temperature control through tube filling, sealing, coding, and discharge. Product-contact materials, controls, and customization options were reviewed against the client’s application and technical requirements.
After technical discussions and sample testing, the Australian client confirmed the proposed production solution and placed an order for a tube filling and sealing machine combined with a vacuum-emulsifier line for cosmetic cream and ointment production. Final performance remains subject to the agreed specification, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
This case illustrates how an on-site review can align equipment configuration with a customer’s product, package, and production requirements. Results should not be generalized to every formulation or line.
