Recently, King Pack Machinery, a professional manufacturer of filling and packaging equipment, welcomed an Australian client to visit our factory for an on-site inspection and technical discussion. The visit focused on building a complete production line combining a vacuum emulsifying mixer with a tube filling and sealing machine for cosmetic and personal care products.

During the factory tour, the client carefully inspected King Pack’s manufacturing process, quality control system, and equipment assembly standards. Special attention was given to the vacuum emulsifier, including mixing uniformity, temperature control, homogenizing performance, and sanitary design. The client also tested the automatic tube filling and sealing machine, evaluating filling accuracy, sealing strength, servo control system, and production stability.

Our engineering team demonstrated the full workflow from material emulsifying, vacuum mixing, heating and cooling, to automatic tube filling, sealing, coding, and discharge. After in-depth technical communication and sample testing, the Australian client confirmed the production solution and placed an order for a tube filling & sealing machine combined with a vacuum emulsifier production line, which will be used for cosmetic cream and ointment manufacturing in Australia.
