Overview

King-Pack recently completed an on-site installation and commissioning project in Uganda, delivering a complete 4-head filling and capping production line together with a vacuum emulsifying mixer for a local cosmetics manufacturer.

The Ugandan client produces skincare and personal care products such as creams, lotions, and hair treatments. To meet growing market demand, they upgraded to a fully automated production line supplied by King-Pack, ensuring higher consistency and productivity.

Equipment Supplied

• 500L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer (KPE-500) – used for cream and lotion preparation, equipped with vacuum defoaming and high-shear homogenization.
• 4-Head Liquid Filling and Capping Line (KPGF-4C) – automatic filling, capping, and bottle conveying system suitable for various viscosities.
• Conveyor, Capping, and Labeling Units – integrated into one continuous production flow.

All machines feature PLC + touchscreen control, 316L stainless steel contact parts, and comply with GMP hygiene standards.

On-Site Installation & Training

King-Pack’s technical team traveled to Uganda to provide:

• Installation and machine alignment
• PLC and sensor calibration
• Local operator training on operation and maintenance
• Joint testing and fine-tuning with the client’s technicians

After a week of collaboration, the full line achieved stable operation and smooth product output.
